And do you have to have a big amount of points to get that definition on the webs? i Opted to do them with the topology brush and extruding but it takes some big amount of time. Do you know any good tutorial where you learned to do it your way?

base mesh was subdivision lvl 5, duplicate base mesh and hide your first, draw the lines in mask mode, when done make polygroups by masking, isolate the lines group  with ctrl +shift, delete or split the hidden parts, do zremesher to the lines you just create... and done! sorry 4 my english, just try, and if you fail, try again. :)

yeah, maybe. But I think (once tried also) we can use curves to make such shapes (The Webbing) and then use Match-Maker Brush  properly to make it a fit for the body.
